Combining the Two Prayers While Traveling

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The honorable Shaykh! What is the ruling for one who intends to combine two prayers while traveling by advancing the second prayer (jam' taqdim), given that he is confident he will reach his home before the time of the second obligatory prayer enters? And what are the implications if he arrives while the prayer is being performed in the mosques?
As long as a person is traveling, he may combine the prayers, even if he is going to arrive in his home before the time of the second obligatory prayer enters. However, in this case, it is better not to combine them; because combining is only for the sake of need. This man, who knows that he will arrive before the time of the second prayer enters, has no need to combine them. But even so, if he does it, there is nothing wrong with it.
And if he arrives and the time has not entered, he has absolved his duty and he owes no prayer; because he performed it by combining it with the first prayer.
