The wife of a son through breastfeeding, some scholars say: She is like the wife of a son through blood relation,By the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): (What is forbidden through breastfeeding is forbidden through blood relation) but the correct view is that the matter is otherwise, and that the wife of a son through breastfeeding is not the wife of his father through breastfeeding,Because the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: (What is forbidden through breastfeeding is forbidden through blood relation) and it did not say: and from in-laws,And if a man asked: Are the mother of the wife and the father of the husband mahram through blood relation or through in-law relations?It would be said: They are mahram through in-law relations,And the hadith: (What is forbidden through breastfeeding is forbidden through blood relation) and on this basis, the mother of the wife through breastfeeding is not a mahram to her husband, and the father of the husband through breastfeeding is not a mahram to his son's wife.
And this is also supported by the saying of the Exalted in the forbidden ones: [Al-Nisa: 23] and the son through breastfeeding is not of your lineage.
