The wife of a son through breastfeeding is not a mahram

Machine translationRead the Arabic original

What is the stronger position regarding the wife of a son through breastfeeding, specifically whether she is a mahram to the father of the son through breastfeeding?
The wife of a son through blood relation is a mahram to the father of the son,For Allah the Exalted said in the list of those who are forbidden:
the wives of your sons who are from your [own] loinsوَحَلائِلُ أَبْنَائِكُمُ الَّذِينَ مِنْ أَصْلابِكُمْ
[Surat al-Nisa: 23], so if a man has a son who is married to a woman, this woman is permitted to uncover her hijab before the father of the son.
As for the son of the father through breastfeeding, the majority of scholars hold that he is like a son through blood relation.
However, Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah (may Allah have mercy on him) rejected that,And he said: stating that breastfeeding does not affect affinity through marriage, and that the wife of his son through breastfeeding is a stranger to him; she does not uncover her hijab before him, he does not remain in seclusion with her, and he does not travel with her, because she is a stranger to him.And Allah (Mighty and Majestic) says:
the wives of your sons who are from your [own] loinsوَحَلائِلُ أَبْنَائِكُمُ الَّذِينَ مِنْ أَصْلابِكُمْ
[Surat al-Nisa: 23], and the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "What is forbidden through breastfeeding is forbidden through blood relation". The wife of the son is forbidden to her husband's father due to affinity through marriage, because there is no blood relation between him and her. Therefore, there is no blood relation between the wife of the son and the father of her husband; rather, she is forbidden to him due to affinity through marriage. And the hadith says: "What is forbidden through breastfeeding is forbidden through blood relation".
And this is what Shaykh al-Islam chose, and it is what I consider correct.
