Exegesis of the saying of Allah the Exalted: (And Hell will appear to those who see it)

Then he said:
And Hellfire will be exposed for [all] those who see -وَبُرِّزَتْ الْجَحِيمُ لِمَنْ يَرَى
[An-Nazi'at 79:36]
May Allah protect us and you from it. (And it will appear) it will be revealed, coming and being led by seventy thousand reins, each rein held by seventy thousand angels who lead it. When the wrongdoers are thrown into it in a narrow place, bound together,
they will cry out thereupon for destruction.دَعَوْا هُنَالِكَ ثُبُوراً
[Al-Furqan 25:13]
and Hell will come and be revealed—may Allah protect us from it—to whoever sees and perceives, so that hearts will be in a state of panic and the hair of the young will turn white. And for this he said:
(37) So as for he who transgressed (38) And preferred the life of the world, (39) Then indeed, Hellfire will be [his] refuge.فَأَمَّا مَنْ طَغَى * وَآثَرَ الْحَيَاةَ الدُّنْيَا * فَإِنَّ الْجَحِيمَ هِيَ الْمَأْوَى
[Surat al-Naziat: 37-39] These two descriptions are descriptions of the people of the Fire.Transgression, which is: Transgressing the limit, and preferring this world over the Hereafter by placing it before the Hereafter and making it the greatest concern of the person. If someone were to say: What is transgression? We said: Transgression is transgressing the limit, as we mentioned earlier. The limit of the person is mentioned in the saying of Allah the Exalted:
And I did not create the jinn and mankind except to worship Me.وَمَا خَلَقْتُ الْجِنَّ وَالْأِنْسَ إِلَّا لِيَعْبُدُونِ
[Surat al-Dhariyat: 56] So whoever transgresses his limit and does not worship Allah, that is the transgressor. You were created to worship Allah, not to eat and enjoy and be comfortable as the livestock enjoy. So worship Allah (Mighty and Majestic), and if you do not, you have transgressed. This is transgression.

And his statement:
and he preferred the life of this worldوَآثَرَ الْحَيَاةَ الدُّنْيَا
[Surat al-Naziat: 38] They are two things that go together. The one who transgresses in the worship of Allah prefers the life of this world; because he uses it as an excuse to neglect obedience to Allah, and he is distracted by it from obedience to Allah. When the call to Fajr prayer is made, he prefers sleep over prayer. If he is told: When he is reminded to remember Allah, he prefers amusement over the remembrance of Allah, and so on.And his statement:
Then indeed, Hellfire will be [his] refuge.فَإِنَّ الْجَحِيمَ هِيَ الْمَأْوَى
[Surat al-Naziat: 39] Meaning: it is his refuge. And the refuge is: His return and his abode. And what an evil abode the abode of Hell is. May Allah protect us and you from it.
