Permissibility of Combining and Shortening Prayers While Traveling

The honorable Shaykh! I am from al-Dawami and I work in Hail. My job requires me to leave at the time of the 'Asr prayer and return at the second 'Asr time. If I leave, for example, at the time of the 'Asr prayer from al-Dawami, is it permissible for me to shorten the prayer? And, for example, if Maghrib comes, is it permissible for me to combine it with 'Isha, or should I pray every obligatory prayer in its proper time?
All of this is permissible for you.I mean: It is permissible for you to shorten the prayer, and that is better, and it is permissible for you to combine them, because you are a traveler.
