A man from al-Dawami travels to Hail for one day, from 'Asr to 'Asr. Is it permissible for him to shorten the prayer and combine prayers while traveling?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Praise be to Allah.
I, O Shaykh, am from al-Dawami, and my work is in Hail. The work is only one day; I go at 'Asr and come back at the next 'Asr. So, if I leave, for example, at 'Asr, and the 'Asr adhan is called in al-Dawami, is it permissible for me to shorten the prayer? And, for example, if Maghrib comes, is it permissible for me to combine it with 'Isha' while I am traveling, or should I pray everything in its proper time?

The Shaykh : All of this is permissible for you. I mean: it is permissible to shorten the prayer, and shortening is also better. It is permissible to combine them, and there is no blame on you, because you are a traveler.
