Ruling on a disbeliever entering the mosque for a need

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Your Eminence! Regarding disbelievers entering the mosque to repair certain things, such as the air conditioners inside the mosque?
Yes.
There is no harm in a disbeliever entering the mosque to repair its contents, but one must be cautious of him,Meaning: that we should not trust him to oversee the work; he may not oversee the work properly. Therefore, it is necessary to be cautious by having a supervising Muslim who is sincere. He is not impure with a physical impurity, but he is impure with a spiritual impurity. For this reason, if he touches your hand while it is wet, your hand does not become impure. Therefore: There is no harm in his entering—as I told you—for the benefit of the mosque, but as for entering to stay in the mosque, that is not permissible.
