Issue: A man has a wife and wants another; is he given from the zakah to marry her?

The Shaykh : Well, a man has a wife and wants another, and he does not have the mahr for her. His situation must be examined.
Well, my brothers, his situation must be examined. If the one wife is not sufficient for him, we give him for the second wife, and likewise for the third, and likewise for the fourth, and then we stop, because he does not increase beyond four. So, my brothers, the rule in this is that the poor person is the one who does not find sufficiency, and among sufficiency is the mahr he needs for marriage.
