Ruling on blowing on the hands after striking them on the ground for the one performing tayammum

Is it prescribed for the one performing tayammum to blow on his hands after he strikes his hands on the ground?
The practice of the one performing tayammum blowing on his hands when he strikes them on the ground is established by the Sunnah from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). It is understood that this was because a lot of dust had stuck to them. However, if a lot of dust does not stick to them, there is no blowing.
