Exegesis of His saying, the Exalted: (So, the angels who direct affairs)

Allah the Exalted said:
So, the angels who direct affairsفَالْمُدَبِّرَاتِ أَمْراً
[Al-Naziat: 5] is also a description of the angels; they direct the affair, which is singular in form but means the affairs of Allah the Mighty and Majestic. There are angels who direct them. And to look at their categories: Jibril: He is in charge of the revelation; he receives it from Allah and brings it down to the messengers.

Israfil: He is in charge of blowing the Trumpet, which occurs on the Day of Resurrection. He blows the Trumpet, and people are terrified and die, then he blows it a second time, and they are resurrected. He is also one of the bearers of the Throne.

Mikail: He is in charge of the rain and vegetation.

The Angel of Death: He is in charge of the souls.

Malik: He is in charge of the Fire.

Ridwan: He is in charge of Paradise.
on the right and on the left.عَنِ الْيَمِينِ وَعَنِ الشِّمَالِ قَعِيدٌ
[Qaf: 17] He is in charge of deeds.
Each one directs what Allah the Mighty and Majestic has commanded him to do. (So, the angels who direct affairs) Thus, all these descriptions are for the angels according to their works. And Allah, Glorified and Exalted is He, swore by the angels because they are among the best of creations, and Allah, Glorified and Exalted is He, does not swear by anything except that it has a great status, either in its essence or because it is among the signs of Allah the Mighty and Majestic.
