Ruling on performing voluntary prayer during the call to prayer

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
His Eminence the Shaykh: In the Fajr prayer, we sometimes enter and find some people performing the Sunnah while the prayer is being established. Should we disapprove of this?

It is established from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) in the hadith of Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: (When the prayer is established, there is no prayer except the obligatory one) So these people who entered into the Sunnah after the prayer was established have no Sunnah; rather, they committed a forbidden act and their Sunnah is invalid. We disapprove of them, but with wisdom and good conduct,We take him by the hand and say: My brother! The obligatory prayer is better than the voluntary prayer,And the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) says: (When the prayer is established, there is no prayer except the obligatory one) He will say to you: This is the opinion of our scholars, that the Fajr Sunnah is necessary before the prayer, even if the prayer has been established,Tell him: Which is more appropriate, the opinion of your scholars or the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him),Then we say: If the prayer is established and you are in a voluntary prayer that you have entered, if you are in the first rak'ah, cut it off without the closing salam, and join the imam. If you have stood for the second rak'ah, complete it briefly.
