Permissibility of combining prayers without fear or rain

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
It is reported in Sahih Muslim from Ibn Abbas: (That the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) combined the Dhuhr and Asr prayers, and the Maghrib and Isha' prayers, without fear or rain,And when Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him and his father) was asked, he said: intending not to burden his Ummah) Is this hadith restricted,And if someone were to say: should I act upon this hadith?

We say: Yes, if you wish to act upon this hadith, who can stop you?But Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) said: (without fear or rain) and this statement implies: that there must be a cause, either fear, or rain, or severe cold, or something similar,And the evidence for this is that he said: (intending not to burden his Ummah) meaning: not to put them in difficulty,The following is derived from this hadith: that any matter that causes you difficulty, such as if you pray every prayer in its time, it is permissible for you to combine. Therefore, it is permissible for a sick person for whom it is difficult to pray at every time to combine.Until the scholars of the Hanbali school said: It is permissible for a nursing woman whose child frequently needs to be held and who is harmed by it, to combine the Dhuhr and Asr due to hardship, and to combine the Maghrib and Isha' due to hardship. So the criterion is hardship; whenever hardship exists, combining is permissible.
