The ruling on a person obligated to enjoin good and forbid evil looking at films to verify their obscenity

If the men of the Hisbah or the Hisbah officers seize some obscene films, or if a report about these films reaches them, or for example some pictures, are they permitted to look at these films to verify, or is a person only obligated to do so himself?
There is no harm in the Hisbah officers looking at these films to become aware of the obscenity contained in them, but one who does not feel safe regarding himself is not permitted to look.
