The Best, Most Beneficial, and Concise Tafsirs

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
May Allah preserve you. You know that the summer break is approaching, so it would be wonderful if you could guide us to some tafsir books that you recommend reading, which are free from Isra'iliyyat and fabricated narrations. What is your comment on Tafsir al-Jalalayn regarding Isra'iliyyat? May Allah reward you with good.
I see that one of the best tafsirs is the tafsir of Shaykh Abd al-Rahman ibn Sa'di (may Allah have mercy on him), despite the fact that in some verses he abbreviates in a way that is deficient, or perhaps he omits them and does not speak about them, but this is rare. However, it contains benefits that you hardly find in others, so it is suitable for the student of knowledge. The deficiency in it can be compensated for by a person reviewing Tafsir Ibn Kathir or others, such as Fath al-Qadir by al-Shawkani, even though it has its own issues, it is good.
And what is suitable for the common people is the tafsir of Shaykh Abd al-Rahman ibn Sa'di; because it does not contain Isra'iliyyat, nor chains of narration, nor anything that would confuse them. Tafsir al-Jalalayn is good for the student of knowledge; because it is truly a summary. And as you know, it follows the methodology of the Asha'irah in the issue of attributes, so it is not to be relied upon, and its statement in that regard is rejected. But in other respects, it is very good in terms of its weaving of the Qur'an, and its pointing out in concise words to matters that are hidden from some students of knowledge. So if al-Futuhat al-Ilahiyyah, which is known as Hashiyat al-Jamal, is combined with al-Jalalayn, it is good.
