Exegesis of His saying, the Exalted: (She will burn in a blazing Fire)
Allah the Exalted said: [Surat al-Ghashiyah: 4] Meaning: She will enter a Fire of intense heat, so intense that it is preferred over the Fire of this world by sixty-nine parts.Meaning: That the entire Fire of this world, including its most intense heat, is easier than the Fire of Jahannam by sixty-nine parts.
And what indicates the intensity of its heat is that this sun’s heat reaches us despite the distance between us and it, and despite it passing through atmospheres that are extremely cold. This heat that you perceive, especially in the days of summer, reaches us. So the Fire—may Allah protect us and you from it—is a blazing Fire of intense heat.
