Permissibility of Combining and Shortening Prayers for the Traveler

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
I work in a village that is 200 kilometers from my place of residence, and I return to my city on Thursdays and Fridays. On Wednesday, after the fifth period, I pray the midday prayer and combine the afternoon prayer with it, because the call to prayer for the afternoon is made while I am on the road. I also shorten the prayer. Is this practice valid?
You are travelers, without doubt, as long as the village is 200 kilometers from your city and you remain there from Saturday to Wednesday. You are travelers from the time you leave your land until you return to it. You may shorten the prayers, and you may complete them; you may combine them, and you may pray them separately. However, if you are in the town, it is obligatory for you to pray with the congregation. If you miss the congregation, you may shorten the prayers.
