The Best Supplications on the Day of 'Arafah

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
What are the best supplications on the Day of 'Arafah?

The best dhikr on the Day of 'Arafah and other days: There is no god but Allah, alone, without partner. His is the dominion and His is the praise, and He is over all things competent.
And dhikr is supplication; but it is implicit supplication; because whoever praises Allah with His dhikr, Mighty and Majestic, his tongue is saying: O Lord, keep me steadfast upon this dhikr; And for this, some scholars said: Indeed, dhikr is supplication in reality;Because if you asked a person who is remembering Allah: Why did you remember Allah? He would say: So that He will reward me.
But if a person supplicates with the supplication he desires,For example:
Our Lord, give us in this world [that which is] good and in the Hereafter [that which is] good and protect us from the punishment of the Fire."رَبَّنَا آتِنَا فِي الدُّنْيَا حَسَنَةً وَفِي الْآخِرَةِ حَسَنَةً وَقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ
[al-Baqarah: 201] or chooses supplications from the Qur'an, or from the Sunnah, that is good. And I do not know of a specific supplication for 'Arafah. Rather, a person should say what is easy for him. If he knows any of the supplications in the Qur'an or in the Sunnah, let him supplicate with them; because they are the best of supplications. And if he does not know, then with what he desires.
