As for what you mentioned regarding the fighting between Muslims;For the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: (Abusing a Muslim is open sinfulness, and fighting him is disbelief) meaning: it is among the acts of disbelief; because it is not possible for a Muslim to take up arms against his Muslim brother, rather he takes them up against the disbeliever. For this reason, the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) described that as disbelief,And he (peace and blessings be upon him) said: (Whoever takes up arms against us is not one of us) and what is obligatory for Muslims when such trials occur is that they restrain their tongues, and that they restrain their weapons from intervening, except for the one who has the right;Because Allah said:

⁽⁹⁾ And if two factions among the believers should fight, then make settlement between the two. But if one of them oppresses the other, then fight against the one that oppresses until it returns to the ordinance of Allah. And if it returns, then make settlement between them in justice and act justly. Indeed, Allah loves those who act justly. ⁽¹⁰⁾ The believers are but brothers, so make settlement between your brothers. And fear Allah that you may receive mercy.

وَإِنْ طَائِفَتَانِ مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ اقْتَتَلُوا فَأَصْلِحُوا بَيْنَهُمَا فَإِنْ بَغَتْ إِحْدَاهُمَا عَلَى الْأُخْرَى فَقَاتِلُوا الَّتِي تَبْغِي حَتَّى تَفِيءَ إِلَى أَمْرِ اللَّهِ فَإِنْ فَاءَتْ فَأَصْلِحُوا بَيْنَهُمَا بِالْعَدْلِ وَأَقْسِطُوا إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُحِبُّ الْمُقْسِطِينَ * إِنَّمَا الْمُؤْمِنُونَ إِخْوَةٌ فَأَصْلِحُوا بَيْنَ أَخَوَيْكُمْ وَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُرْحَمُونَ
