The ruling on one who insults the religion in a state of anger

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Our Shaykh: What is the ruling on one who insults the religion and the Lord, specifically when this occurs among a group that has become accustomed to this matter in a moment of anger? And how should he be treated if he considers himself a Muslim?

The scholars said: One who insults Allah, His Messenger, His Book, or His religion is a disbeliever, whether in earnest or in jest. They cited the saying of Allah the Exalted regarding the hypocrites who used to insult the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and his Companions:
(65) And if you ask them, they will surely say, "We were only conversing and playing." Say, "Is it Allah and His verses and His Messenger that you were mocking?" (66) Make no excuse; you have disbelieved after your belief. If We pardon one faction of you - We will punish another faction because they were criminals.
[At-Tawbah: 65-66] A man from among them came to the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: We were only talking about the talk of travelers, to cut off the road from us. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) did not say more to him than:
(65) And if you ask them, they will surely say, "We were only conversing and playing." Say, "Is it Allah and His verses and His Messenger that you were mocking?" (66) Make no excuse; you have disbelieved after your belief. If We pardon one faction of you - We will punish another faction because they were criminals.
[At-Tawbah: 65-66] .
However, if he says it in a state of extreme anger such that he cannot control himself and does not know what he is saying, he does not become a disbeliever because of it; because he did not intend the speech. For this reason, if a man divorces his wife in extreme anger where he cannot control himself, his wife is not divorced; because he did not intend to divorce her. You know that the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) narrated about the joy of Allah (Glorified and Exalted is He) with the repentance of His servant, and that He is more joyful about it than a man who was traveling with his camel, upon which was his food and drink, and it strayed from him. He sought it but did not find it, so he slept under a tree waiting for death, until he was on the verge of dying. Then he saw the camel’s halter hanging from the tree,So he took it and said: (O Allah, You are my slave and I am your Lord) meaning he intended to say: You are my Lord and I am your slave,So the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: (He erred due to the intensity of the joy) and he did not say: This is a disbeliever. The important point is that one who insults Allah, His Messenger, His religion, or His Book, whether in earnest or in jest, is a disbeliever.
As for the one who does that in anger while he cannot control himself and does not know what he is saying, he does not become a disbeliever; because his speech is not considered, rather it is the ruling of the insane person. However, he should, when he regains consciousness and the anger leaves him, review himself, seek forgiveness from Allah the Exalted, and purify his tongue from this ugly thing.
And he should habituate himself to the remembrance of Allah the Exalted and praising Him. If his tongue becomes accustomed to that, he will not utter insults, even in anger.
