Exegesis of His saying, the Exalted: (And Hell will be brought forth on that Day)
Allah the Exalted said: [Al-Fajr: 23] He said: (It will be brought forth on that Day) and did not mention (the one bringing it); but the Sunnah indicates that the Fire will be brought, dragged by seventy thousand reins, each rein led by seventy thousand angels. And what makes you know the strength of the angels! A strength not like the strength of humans, nor like the strength of the jinn, but it is greater and much greater. Therefore, when a jinn giant said to Sulayman: [Al-Naml: 39] meaning: with the throne of Bilqis [Al-Naml: 39-40] After that, he saw it settled with him,The scholars said: because this man called upon Allah, and the angels carried him, bringing him to Sulayman in Sham from Yemen.
So the strength of the angels is immense, and this Fire is dragged by seventy thousand reins, each rein dragged by seventy thousand angels.
Therefore: It is immense, we ask Allah for safety, and we ask Allah to protect us and you from it.
So this Fire [Al-Furqan: 12] meaning: when it sees its people [Al-Furqan: 12] and its roaring is not like the roaring of airplanes, or equipment, but it is a roaring from which hearts are torn out, and refuge is sought in Allah.
And Allah the Exalted said: [Al-Mulk: 8] .
And Allah, Mighty and Majestic, said: [Al-Mulk: 8] It nearly cuts [them] from the intensity of its anger toward its people, and refuge is sought in Allah, so for this reason Allah the Exalted warned us of it.
So these are three matters, all of which are a warning: 1- The coming of the Lord, Exalted is His Majesty.
2- The rows of the angels.
3- The bringing forth of Hell.
His saying, the Exalted: [Al-Fajr: 23] He remembers and takes a lesson; but how can he take a lesson, for the time has passed, and taking a lesson is cut off by the arrival of death in this world before the person reaches the Hereafter, [An-Nisa: 18] .
So we ask Allah the Exalted to make us and you among those who take a lesson from His verses, and we ask Him the Exalted to grant us beneficial knowledge, righteous deeds, and a good and abundant provision.
Allah the Exalted said:
And Hell is brought forth on that Day.
I will bring it to you
أَنَا آتِيكَ بِهِbefore you rise from your place, and indeed, I am for this [task] strong and trustworthy." (40) Said one who had knowledge from the Scripture, "I will bring it to you before your glance returns to you.
So the strength of the angels is immense, and this Fire is dragged by seventy thousand reins, each rein dragged by seventy thousand angels.
Therefore: It is immense, we ask Allah for safety, and we ask Allah to protect us and you from it.
So this Fire
When they see them
إِذَا رَأَتْهُمfrom a distant place, they will hear its fury and roaring.
And Allah the Exalted said:
Every time a company is thrown into it, its keepers ask them, "Did there not come to you a warner?"
And Allah, Mighty and Majestic, said:
It almost bursts with rage
So these are three matters, all of which are a warning: 1- The coming of the Lord, Exalted is His Majesty.
2- The rows of the angels.
3- The bringing forth of Hell.
His saying, the Exalted:
that Day, man will remember, but what good to him will be the remembrance?
But repentance is not [accepted] of those who [continue to] do evil deeds up until, when death comes to one of them, he says, "Indeed, I have repented now," or of those who die while they are disbelievers
So we ask Allah the Exalted to make us and you among those who take a lesson from His verses, and we ask Him the Exalted to grant us beneficial knowledge, righteous deeds, and a good and abundant provision.
