The Standard of Justice Between Sons and Daughters

The Standard of Justice Between Sons and Daughters
We are coming from Riyadh,And we would like to ask this question: Regarding justice in gifts between males and females, and also the male son who works with his father in the shop or store, how should he be treated?
Justice—may Allah bless you— between males and females is achieved by what Allah, Mighty and Majestic, has made just:
Allah instructs you concerning your children: for the male, what is equal to the share of two femalesيُوصِيكُمُ اللَّهُ فِي أَوْلادِكُمْ لِلذَّكَرِ مِثْلُ حَظِّ الْأُنْثَيَيْنِ
[Al-Nisa: 11], so if you give the male two riyals, give the female one riyal.
But in maintenance, justice is to give each person what they need; the female may need earrings in her ears worth, for example: (200) riyals,And the male needs a cap worth, for example: (10) riyals, if they are of the good quality, otherwise they are—as I think—two riyals.
So in any case, give this one what he needs and that one what she needs.
Likewise, if one of them needs to get married, marry him, and do not give the others the same, except for whoever has reached the age of marriage, then marry him.
This is the matter of maintenance.

So maintenance: Justice in it is to give each person what they need.

And as for pure volunteering, it is: To give the male twice what you give the female.
As for the one who works with his father in his trade or farming, if he does so voluntarily and seeks the reward from Allah, then the reward of the Hereafter is better.

And if he said: I want from this world what I want, just as each of my brothers works for himself and with his own money, so his father gives him either a monthly wage or a share of the profits; but he treats him as if he were a stranger, not as if he were his son, but as if he were a stranger he hired,For example: if someone like him is given a salary of (2000) riyals to a stranger, then give him (2000) riyals per month, or if he is, for example, with him in his farming, let him say to him, for example: you have half of the yield of the produce, or a quarter of it, or something similar, or according to what they agree upon, on the condition that he does not favor him.
