Wearing them while in a state of ritual purity

Because the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said to al-Mughirah ibn Shu'bah when he reached to take off his leather socks,He said: (Leave them, for I put them on while in a state of ritual purity), so he wiped over them.
If he wears them while not in a state of ritual purity, wiping over them is not permissible. If he forgets and wipes over them, he must repeat the ablution, wash his feet, and repeat the prayer; because he prayed while not in a state of ritual purity.
