Exegesis of His saying, the Exalted: (Indeed, his Lord was seeing him)

Allah the Exalted said:
Nayبَلَى
[Al-Inshiqaq: 15] : meaning: he will return and come back,
Indeed, his Lord was ever of him, Seeing.إِنَّ رَبَّهُ كَانَ بِهِ بَصِيراً
[Al-Inshiqaq: 15] :-Meaning: Indeed, he will return to Allah (Mighty and Majestic), who is All-Seeing of his deeds, and He will hold him accountable for them in accordance with what His wisdom and justice require.
