Ruling on a traveler delaying a prayer whose time has entered while he is in his home

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
If a traveler leaves his town after the time for a prayer that can be combined with the one following it has entered, is he permitted to delay it until after its time has passed so that he can combine it with the time of the following prayer?
If a traveler leaves after the time for the midday prayer, for example, has entered, and the midday prayer is combined with the afternoon prayer, then he may combine and shorten the prayer upon leaving, even if the time entered while he was in his home. This is because the criterion is the performance of the prayer, not the time of the prayer. This is the rule.

Based on this: If the midday prayer becomes obligatory while you are traveling, and then you arrive in your town, you pray four rak'ahs, even though it became obligatory for you as two rak'ahs. However, you pray four because the criterion is the performance. If the time for the prayer enters while you are in your town, and then you travel and pray in the open, you pray two rak'ahs, because the criterion is the performance of the prayer.
