The ruling on one who swears an oath to do something and obligates himself to fast, then returns to it

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
A woman said, after being separated from her family for five years: “By Allah, if I return to my family, I will fast for two months.” She did not specify the duration of her return. A dire necessity arose that required her to travel to her family, so she traveled. What is required of her?
It depends on her intention. If her intention was that whenever she returns to her family by choice and in a state of tranquility, she will fast the two months, then she owes no fasting if she returns to her family out of dire necessity.
And if she intended to return in any case, she has to fast for two months.
Then, if she specified in her intention or in her wording that the fasts must be consecutive, they must be consecutive. If she did not specify that they must be consecutive, she fasts for sixty days, even if they are non-consecutive.
And praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds.
And may Allah send prayers and peace upon our Prophet Muhammad, and upon his family and his Companions, and those who follow them with excellence until the Day of Judgment.
