Allah the Exalted said:

Have they not looked at the heaven above them - how We structured it and adorned it and [how] it has no rifts?

أَفَلَمْ يَنْظُرُوا إِلَى السَّمَاءِ فَوْقَهُمْ كَيْفَ بَنَيْنَاهَا وَزَيَّنَّاهَا وَمَا لَهَا مِنْ فُرُوجٍ

كَيْفَ بَنَيْنَاهَا

Allah, Mighty and Majestic, built it with strength and made it strong,So the Exalted and Majestic said:

And constructed above you seven strong [heavens]

وَبَنَيْنَا فَوْقَكُمْ سَبْعاً شِدَاداً

[Al-Naba:12] meaning: strong,And Allah the Exalted said:

And the heaven We constructed with strength

وَالسَّمَاءَ بَنَيْنَاهَا بِأَيْدٍ

[Adh-Dhariyat:47] ,Meaning: with strength

And We are indeed expanding it

وَإِنَّا لَمُوسِعُونَ

[Adh-Dhariyat:47] .
We do not know how Allah, Mighty and Majestic, built this structure; but we know that He created the heavens and the earth in six days, creating the earth in four days, and the heavens in two days,As Allah the Exalted said:

And He completed them as seven heavens within two days

فَقَضَاهُنَّ سَبْعَ سَمَاوَاتٍ فِي يَوْمَيْنِ

[Fussilat:12] .

And his statement:

and We adorned it

وَزَيَّنَّاهَا

meaning: We beautified its appearance with what Allah the Exalted created in it of great, luminous stars, regular in their movement. Qatadah, may Allah have mercy on him—and he is one of the imams of the Tabi'un—said: [Allah created these stars for three purposes: as adornment for the sky.
And as signs by which guidance is found.
And as projectiles for the devils.
So whoever seeks in them anything other than that has wasted his share and assumed what he has no knowledge of.] This refers to what the astrologers claim of deducing earthly events from the movements of these stars, to the extent that they base a person's happiness and misery on these stars,For example: saying: If he is born under such a star, he is happy, and if he is born under such a star, he is miserable. This has no effect, meaning that the movements of the stars in the sky have no effect on what happens on earth.

Then Allah the Exalted said:

and [how] it has no rifts?

وَمَا لَهَا مِنْ فُرُوجٍ

[Qaf 50:6]

meaning: there are no cracks in the sky,Meaning: no ruptures or fissures, but it is built firmly and strongly.
