Tapes containing the Qur'an do not have the ruling of the mushaf applied to them regarding touching

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Your Eminence! Do tapes that carry some of the chapters of the Noble Qur'an, or perhaps the entire Qur'an, receive the same respect as the Qur'an—Meaning: the mushaf—regarding placing them in certain locations, or perhaps throwing them on the ground or in a car, and the like? Also, is ritual purity required for touching and carrying them, or not? And do tapes containing dhikr other than the Qur'an have the same ruling, or not? Please give us a ruling, and may Allah reward you.
Tapes containing the Qur'an do not have the ruling of the Qur'an applied to them regarding touching, so you may touch them without wudu; however, throwing them in the trash, when a person knows that they contain the Qur'an, the soul is averse to this without a doubt, and it is not permissible.
As for tapes containing dhikr, they are of lesser status than that; because you know that what is written with dhikr is not given the ruling of the mushaf; but however much you exalt the words of Allah and the remembrance of Allah, it is better for you.
Then there is a device that erases everything on the tape; a person can buy it, and when he no longer needs these tapes, he runs them through it and they are completely erased.
