The supplications of the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) before sleep

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
O esteemed Shaykh! It was the way of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) before sleep to blow into his palms, but I do not know,He recites:
Say, "He is Allah, [who is] One,قُلْ هُوَ اللَّهُ أَحَدٌ
[Surah al-Ikhlas:1], and Surah al-Nas, and Surah al-Falaq? I do not know what the manner is?
The manner is that he says this with his hands,Meaning: bringing them together, then blowing into them,And he recites:
Say, "He is Allah, [who is] One,قُلْ هُوَ اللَّهُ أَحَدٌ
[Surah al-Ikhlas:1],
Say, "I seek refuge in the Lord of daybreakقُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ الْفَلَقِ
[Surah al-Falaq:1],
Say, "I seek refuge in the Lord of mankind,قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ النَّاسِ
[Surah al-Nas:1], and wiping his face with them, and as much of his body as he can reach.

Three times together! The questioner: Together! The Shaykh: Yes.

The questioner: And the blowing, before, O Shaykh? The Shaykh: Whether the blowing is before or after, the apparent meaning of the hadith is that the blowing is done first; but the matter is broad, if Allah wills.

The questioner: All three times.

The Shaykh: All three times, reciting three times along with the wiping.

The questioner: The wiping three times, meaning! The Shaykh: Yes, it is followed by recitation.

The questioner: That is: the blowing three times! The Shaykh: The blowing three times, and the recitation three times.
