Exegesis of the saying of Allah the Exalted: (And remind, for indeed, the reminder benefits the believers)]
Then he said: [Surah al-Dhariyat: 55] (Remind) means: reminding people of the verses of Allah, His legislations, and His days,His legislations: what Allah has made obligatory upon the servants,His days: His punishment, Blessed and Exalted is He, for the deniers and His reward for the obedient,But Allah made the reminder general and said: (Remind) and He did not say: remind the believers, but He clarified that those who benefit from the reminder are the believers. He said: For when the believer is reminded, he is as Allah, Mighty and Majestic, described him: [Surah al-Furqan: 73] Rather, they accept them with complete openness of heart and complete tranquility. In the verse is evidence of the obligation of reminding in all circumstances, and in it is that those who benefit from the reminder are the believers, and that whoever does not benefit from the reminder is not a believer, either lacking in faith or deficient in faith. Here, examine yourself: when you are reminded of the verses of Allah and warned of Allah, Mighty and Majestic, do you remember, or does your heart remain as it is, hard? If it is the former, praise Allah, for you are among the believers. If it is the latter, hold yourself to account and blame no one but yourself. You must return to Allah, Mighty and Majestic, so that you may benefit from the reminder.
And in the verse is evidence that the stronger the faith, the greater and more intense the benefit from the reminder,And that is from a known principle among the scholars, which is: that when a ruling is attached to a description, it increases with its increase and decreases with its decrease.
As for His saying, the Exalted: [Surah al-Dhariyat: 56] * [Surah al-Dhariyat: 57] * [Surah al-Dhariyat: 58] The discussion of these has already taken place in the previous session.
Then he said:
And remind, for indeed, the reminder benefits the believers.
وَذَكِّرْ فَإِنَّ الذِّكْرَى تَنْفَعُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَThen indeed, the reminder benefits the believers
فَإِنَّ الذِّكْرَى تَنْفَعُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَwhen reminded of the verses of their Lord, do not fall upon them deaf and blind.
إِذَا ذُكِّرُوا بِآياتِ رَبِّهِمْ لَمْ يَخِرُّوا عَلَيْهَا صُمّاً وَعُمْيَاناًAnd in the verse is evidence that the stronger the faith, the greater and more intense the benefit from the reminder,And that is from a known principle among the scholars, which is: that when a ruling is attached to a description, it increases with its increase and decreases with its decrease.
As for His saying, the Exalted:
