Exegesis of the saying of Allah the Exalted: (And the much-frequented House)]

Allah the Exalted said:
And the frequented Houseوَالْبَيْتِ الْمَعْمُورِ
[Surat al-Tur: 4] This is the third of the things by which Allah swore in these verses,And it is a House in the seventh heaven, called: the one who casts or the one who reveals, due to its elevation. This House is entered by seventy thousand angels every day who worship in it, and then they do not return to it. So tell me, based on this, what is the number of angels?Interjection: Allah knows best.

The Shaykh: Only Allah can count them. Who can count the days? And then who can count seventy thousand? Every day they enter this much-frequented House and do not return to it.

And it was said: If the intended meaning of the much-frequented House is: Allah’s House on earth; which is the Ka'bah; because it is frequented by those who circumambulate, those who stand in devotion, those who stand in prayer, and those who bow and prostrate. Is it possible to take the verse to mean both meanings? We would like to mention a rule in exegesis, which is that (if a verse is capable of two meanings equally, and there is no contradiction between them, it must be taken to mean both); because the One who spoke it—Allah, Mighty and Majestic—is aware of the meanings it contains, and if He did not specify that one of the meanings is intended, then it must be taken to mean all the meanings it contains,Meaning: the correct meanings, not the false ones. So let us look now to see if there is a contradiction between the thing sworn by being the Ka'bah or the much-frequented House in the sky? What appears is that there is no contradiction; because both Houses are honored, that one is honored by the people of the sky, and this one is honored by the people of the earth, and there is no obstacle,So the correct view is: to the verse encompassing both this and that, unless there is an indication that strengthens the view that the intended meaning is the much-frequented House in the sky.
