The mistaken notion that sleeping at the start of the day deprives one of sustenance

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
It is well known among the common people that whoever sleeps after the Fajr prayer before the sun rises has deprived himself of sustenance. They cite as evidence for this that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: (May Allah bless my Ummah in its early morning) Is there any basis for this?
This has no basis; for the start of the day is undoubtedly its best and most blessed part, and this is something observed. However, the idea that a person is deprived of sustenance is incorrect, except for sustenance that is available at the start of the day, in which case if he sleeps through it, he naturally misses out on it.And as for it being said: The claim that whoever sleeps after the Fajr prayer is deprived of sustenance is not correct.
