How to respond to a sneeze for the fourth time

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Regarding sneezing, if a person sneezes for the fourth time and his brother responds to him by saying: May Allah grant you well-being, or May Allah heal you, what should he reply to him?

When the sneezer sneezes for the first time, you say: May Allah have mercy on you,and he responds by saying: May Allah guide you and rectify your affairs. The second time is the same, and the third time is the same. As for the fourth time, if he has already been responded to three times previously, he says: May Allah grant you well-being, for you are congested. But what does the sneezer say? We say, by analogy with the greeting, where Allah the Exalted said:
And when you are greeted with a greeting, greet [in return] with one better than it or [at least] return itوَإِذَا حُيِّيتُمْ بِتَحِيَّةٍ فَحَيُّوا بِأَحْسَنَ مِنْهَا أَوْ رُدُّوهَا
[Surat al-Nisa: 86] that the sneezer should say: May Allah grant you well-being,Or: and you likewise,Or: the same for you.
