The Legal Rulings and a Critique of the Term "Obligations"

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
I ask for clarification of the legal rulings regarding the criterion and the obligation?

In any case: The obligatory, the recommended practice, the permissible, the disliked, and the forbidden,This is called by them: are obligatory rulings.
And the cause, the condition, the obstacle, the pillar, the obligatory, the defective, the valid, and the invalid,This is called by them: are legal rulings.
Furthermore, the term "obligatory rulings" is also criticized, for the word "obligation" does not appear in the Book and the Sunnah except in a negative sense, not an affirmative one.
Allah does not charge a soul except [with that within] its capacityلا يُكَلِّفُ اللَّهُ نَفْساً إِلَّا وُسْعَهَا
[al-Baqarah: 286] Therefore, we should say instead of "obligatory rulings": rulings that were commanded or prohibited, so that we align with the Book and the Sunnah. As for "obligatory," when you hear "obligatory," it means: That a person is obligated, not that he is an obligated person, and praise be to Allah. A person is given what is within his capacity. And for this reason, when Allah the Exalted revealed His saying:
To Allah belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is in the earth. Whether you show what is within yourselves or conceal it, Allah will bring you to account for itلِلَّهِ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَا فِي الْأَرْضِ وَإِنْ تُبْدُوا مَا فِي أَنْفُسِكُمْ أَو تُخْفُوهُ يُحَاسِبْكُمْ بِهِ اللَّهُ
[al-Baqarah: 284] The Companions came to the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) and knelt on their knees,And they said: saying, "O Messenger of Allah! We have no capacity for this, that Allah should hold us accountable for what is in our hearts, whether we reveal it or conceal it. We cannot bear this.So the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said to them: Do not be like those who said: We heard and we disobeyed.Say: ((We heard and we obeyed. Forgive us, our Lord, and to You is the destination)) [al-Baqarah: 285] So they said: We heard and we obeyed. When they submitted and surrendered, Allah revealed the verse that follows: ((Allah does not burden a soul beyond that it can bear. It will have the consequence of [good] that it has earned, and it will bear the consequence of [evil] that it has earned. Our Lord, do not hold us accountable if we forget or make a mistake)) [al-Baqarah: 286] Allah said: Yes. ((Our Lord, and do not impose upon us a burden like that which You imposed upon those before us)) [al-Baqarah: 286] Allah said: Yes. ((Our Lord, and do not place upon us a burden such as we have no ability to bear. And pardon us, and forgive us, and have mercy upon us. You are our protector, so support us against the disbelieving people)) [al-Baqarah: 286] Allah said: Yes.
So look at the fact that Allah (Mighty and Majestic) does not obligate anyone except what they can bear. What they can bear is what they are obligated to, meaning that they are commanded to do it or prohibited from doing it.
