Wearing the shirt, trousers, turbans, cloaks, and socks

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Among the prohibitions of ihram: What the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) specified when he was asked: What does the person in ihram wear?Meaning: What are the garments that a person in the state of ihram wears? He said: (He does not wear the shirt, nor the trousers, nor the turbans, nor the cloaks, nor the socks) five things, and he wears the rest.

The shirt: It is the tunic, our garments here that have sleeves are called a shirt and are called a tunic.

Trousers: This is well known.

Cloaks: A wide garment with a head covering attached to it, worn by the people of the Maghreb.

Turbans: What is folded over the head.

Socks: What is worn on the foot.

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) said: (Except for one who does not find an izar, let him wear trousers, and one who does not find sandals, let him wear socks) so he made an exception for this due to the need for it.
Is wearing the stitched sandal permissible or not permissible?
It is permissible because it is not among these five prohibited items: the shirt, the cloaks, the turbans, the socks, and the trousers.
Is wearing the stitched izar permissible or not permissible?Answer: It is permissible; because it is an izar and not trousers, even if it is stitched and becomes of the type of (the skirt) it is permissible; because it is still an izar, and the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) did not say: and the stitched izar,He said: nor the trousers.
If he wears a cloak with patches in it, with stitched patches, is it permissible or not permissible?Answer: It is permissible, because it is not a shirt nor among these five, so know what the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) defined and restrict yourself to it.
Now, if he wears a ghutrah?Answer: It is not permissible, because it is a garment on the head like the turban, and because it necessitates covering the head, and covering the head is forbidden as in the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) to the person in ihram who died: (Do not cover his head) .
If he wears a watch?Answer: Permissible.
Wearing eyeglasses?Answer: Permissible.
An earphone? Permissible.
A (belt) he ties around his waist? Permissible.
Is it stitched, people? Permissible.
Yes, it is permissible; because it is not among the prohibited items, and the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) was given the comprehensive words.
These prohibitions do not carry sin or expiation unless one does them knowingly, remembering, and by choice,These are three conditions: Knowing: its opposite is ignorance, so if a person leaves his trousers on him thinking that there is no harm in it, and wears the izar over them, he owes nothing, no sin and no expiation.
If he forgets to remove them and they remain on him until the rites are finished, or he remembers during the rites and removes the trousers, he owes nothing, because he is forgetful.
If he kills a hare without knowing about it, what is upon him? He owes nothing; because he is ignorant and did not know about it.
If a man who is not in ihram and his wife is in ihram for 'Umrah and he has intercourse with her against her will, what is upon her? She owes nothing.
If a man has intercourse with his wife on the night of Muzdalifah thinking that the Hajj is 'Arafah and it has ended, what is upon him? He owes nothing.

If someone were to say: Where is the evidence for this?We said: The evidence is the saying of Allah, Blessed and Exalted is He, regarding hunting:
And whoever of you kills it intentionally - the penalty is an equivalent from sacrificial animals to what he killedوَمَنْ قَتَلَهُ مِنْكُمْ مُتَعَمِّداً فَجَزَاءٌ مِثْلُ مَا قَتَلَ مِنَ النَّعَمِ
[Al-Ma'idah: 95] And He said, the Exalted, regarding the general prohibitions: (
Our Lord, do not impose blame upon us if we have forgotten or erred.رَبَّنَا لا تُؤَاخِذْنَا إِنْ نَسِينَا أَوْ أَخْطَأْنَا
[Al-Baqarah: 286] So Allah said: I have done it) .

And He said regarding disbelief, which is the greatest of sins:
Whoever disbelieves in Allah after his belief... except for one who is forced [to renounce his religion] while his heart is secure in faith. But those who [willingly] open their breasts to disbelief, upon them is wrath from Allah, and for them is a great punishment;مَنْ كَفَرَ بِاللَّهِ مِنْ بَعْدِ إِيمَانِهِ إِلَّا مَنْ أُكْرِهَ وَقَلْبُهُ مُطْمَئِنٌّ بِالْأِيمَانِ وَلَكِنْ مَنْ شَرَحَ بِالْكُفْرِ صَدْراً فَعَلَيْهِمْ غَضَبٌ مِنَ اللَّهِ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ عَظِيمٌ
[An-Nahl: 106] So if a man is forced into disbelief, which is the greatest of sins, and he owes nothing, then what is less than that is undoubtedly even more so, and this is among the blessings of Allah, Mighty and Majestic, that He made things easy for the servants and did not hold them accountable for what they erred in, but for what their hearts intended.
And the scholars of jurisprudence, may Allah have mercy on them, have details in this that have no evidence, neither from the Qur'an nor from the Sunnah, they are nothing but independent legal reasoning or taking general statements restricted by other verses in which the sin, the expiation, and the penalty are dropped for one who is forgetful, ignorant, or forced.
