The ruling on performing Hajj with a lower garment that is connected on all sides

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
In the past Hajj, I performed it with a lower garment that was connected on all sides, not open,And the people used to deny, saying: and this thing is not permissible, so what is its ruling?
Did it cease to be a lower garment because you made it connected? No.
And it does not harm you if it is sewn or has a belt, because the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) permitted the lower garment without any restriction.
As for the people who deny that, they do not know everything, so as long as it is a lower garment and the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: (Whoever does not find a lower garment, let him wear trousers) , he permitted the lower garment in all cases,Who said: that it is not permissible unless it is open and you remove its knots? Who said this? As long as we have an absolute term that is not restricted, praise be to Allah.
The analogy for this is the socks that have slits; some people deny that you may wipe over them,And we say: what is the evidence? As long as they are called socks and the Shari'ah made it absolute without restriction, praise be to Allah, and Allah the Exalted knows everything. If there were restrictions that the Muslim needs in his worship, Allah the Mighty and Majestic would have clarified them, either in the Qur'an or in the Sunnah.

And to anyone who denies against you, say to him: Come, my brother! Between you and me, the Sunnah: is this a lower garment or not?He will say: It is a lower garment.

Say: What is your evidence that the connected lower garment is forbidden, while the Sunnah came with the absolute permission of the lower garment? They will say: The sewn one; the word "sewn" never came in the Sunnah at all,And I have heard what the Messenger said when he was asked: what does the one in ihram wear? The shirt, if it were woven without any thread, would be forbidden, and the lower garment and the upper garment, if it were all patched, it would be lawful, and if it were all sewn, so the word "sewn" did not come in the tongue of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), nor in the tongue of Abu Bakr, nor 'Umar, nor 'Uthman, nor the Companions. The first to speak it was Ibrahim al-Nakha'i, who was one of the jurists of the Tabi'un (may Allah have mercy on him), and it is an incorrect word,By the evidence: that the sewn lower garment—the patched one—is permissible, while the shirt woven without sewing is forbidden, even though there is no disagreement on this.
And look at how this word has caused difficulty for people now;Now some people come seeking a fatwa, saying: is it permissible for me to wear the stitched sandal based on the fact that it has stitching?
(The belt) this one that has stitching, they come asking about it: is it permissible to wear it? Because it is sewn. So if we had remained with what the texts came with, we would have been safe from difficulties.
