Ruling on the Use of Contact Lenses for Adornment

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
What is the ruling on a woman wearing contact lenses if this is for the adornment of her husband?

Contact lenses: There is nothing wrong with wearing them on the condition that: Provided there is no harm in it, and the reference in this matter is the opinion of the doctor. If he says: If there is no harm, then there is nothing wrong with it.

The second condition: That a lens not be placed that makes the eye resemble the eye of an animal. It was reported to me that some women place a lens that resembles the eye of a gazelle, or the eye of a rabbit, or the eye of a cat. Some of them choose the lens according to the clothes they wear; if she wears white, she comes with a white lens, and if blue, with a blue lens. This is not permissible.

As for if it is for the beauty of the eye, such as: If there is some dullness in the black of her eye, and she wants to place a honey-colored lens to beautify it, there is nothing wrong with it, provided the doctors determine that there is no harm.
