Ruling on selling goods in the place where they were purchased

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
This is a merchant who has a warehouse, and in it is a quantity of goods. One of them came and bought from this merchant all the goods in the warehouse, with his knowledge.

The Shaykh: All of it?The questioner: Yes.

The Shaykh: Without him knowing about it?The questioner: And he came and took it, but it remained in the warehouse. Then another person came and bought it from this first buyer as well, after a period of time,The owner of the warehouse called the second buyer and said: I need these goods and I want to buy them from you, and they are in the warehouse and have not been moved. Is it permissible for the merchant to buy them?
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade selling goods in the place where they were purchased. So it is obligatory for the first buyer, if he wants to sell them, to move them to his house, or to his shop, or to the market and sell them there.

The questioner: He left them on the condition that he would take them.

The Shaykh: It is not valid until he moves them. But if the matter has already occurred, then the matter is settled, if Allah wills, and there is nothing wrong with it,Meaning: They repent to Allah and do not return to it.
