Regarding the woman, is it permissible for any person to bury her, or does the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) apply to her, when he wanted to bury one of his daughters: (Who among you has not had sexual intercourse this night?) Does this apply to her?
Any man may place the woman in her grave, whether he is one of her mahram relatives or not; however, it is better if it is one of her mahram relatives, unless we know that no one has had sexual intercourse that night, such as a man we know has no wife, or we know that he has passed the age of sexual desire,The scholars (may Allah have mercy on them) said: if a man has not engaged in sexual intercourse for a long time, he is more suitable than one who has engaged in it recently.
