Ruling on giving and receiving compensation for a specific benefit, such as exchanging positions for the sake of transfer

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
A man wishes to be transferred from one area to another,And among the conditions of transfer: and to find a replacement, so he found a replacement, but the replacement demanded a sum of money in exchange for the transfer. Is it permissible for him to give him the amount?
There is nothing wrong with that,Meaning: If a person wants to exchange positions with another and the responsible authorities agree, there is nothing wrong with that, and there is no blame on the one who relinquishes his position for giving compensation for his relinquishment; because this is a right between the employees and has no relation to the responsible authorities.
Glory be to You, O Allah, our Lord, and praise be to You, I testify that there is no god but You, I seek Your forgiveness and I repent to You.
May Allah benefit us and you with this gathering, and make us and you among those who walk in the pursuit of knowledge so that reward is recorded for us.
