Exegesis of the saying of Allah the Exalted: (Rushing to the Caller, the disbelievers will say, “This is a day of hardship”)
Allah the Exalted said: [Surah al-Qamar: 8] Meaning: They are rushing with their necks bent, like a man who rushes and runs; you find he advances his head and bows it. So they will come out of the graves rushing to the Caller,Meaning: rushing with their heads lowered,From the terror, horror, and severity: [Surah al-Qamar: 8] Consider His saying: (the disbelievers will say) and He did not say: the people will say, because this day of hardship is undoubtedly, in itself, a severe and great hardship, but it is difficult for the disbelievers and easy for the believers,As Allah (Blessed and Exalted is He) said: [Surah al-Furqan: 26] And He the Exalted said: [Surah al-Muddaththir: 10] As for the believers, it is easy, and praise be to Allah. May Allah make us and you among them. [Surah al-Qamar: 8]
