Is it permissible for Muslims to ask one another, by way of testing, “Where is Allah?”

The Shaykh : All right, is it permissible for us to say, “Where is Allah”? The answer is yes. Why? Because this is a sunnah (recommended practice) established by the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him). How so? We are now asking a question that is extremely necessary for all those present, and for everyone who hears my voice, to know. They must all know that the question “Where is Allah?” is one of those sunnahs, and that the path to knowing this is the two pieces of evidence mentioned earlier.
