The ruling on invoking against a person by saying: (May Allah deprive him of well-being)]

Your Eminence! In the context of assistance, if one wants to invoke against a person, he says: May Allah deprive him of well-being. What is the ruling on this statement?

What does he mean by saying: (May Allah deprive him of well-being) ? He wants to prevent him from having well-being, and there is no harm in that,But if he said: May Allah prevent him from having well-being, and may Allah deprive him of well-being would be better,And if he had forgiven, it would have been better and better, according to the saying of Allah the Exalted:
And to forego it is nearer to righteousnessوَأَنْ تَعْفُوا أَقْرَبُ لِلتَّقْوَى
[Surat al-Baqarah: 237] .
