The ruling on supplicating against a person that Allah destroy him

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
If a person supplicates and says: O Allah, if in Your prior knowledge this person is among the people of the Fire, O Allah, destroy him and kill him and do not let him remain. And if in Your prior knowledge he is among the people of Paradise, O Allah, let him remain?
This is a great error, and it is not permissible to supplicate in this manner. Rather, it is obligatory for you to supplicate for your brothers for guidance. As for his being in the prior knowledge of Allah, you do not object to it; because if you supplicate for him for guidance, and Allah has decreed that he is not one who will be guided, he will remain unguided. And if He has decreed that he will be guided, you will be among the causes of good, among the causes of his guidance; because Allah responds to the supplication of the supplicant when he supplicates to Him.
As for this supplication that you mentioned, it is an innovated supplication. The Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) did not say it, nor did the Salaf, and it contains a type of objection to divine decree and destiny.
