The ruling on saying, when entering a house in which no one is present: “Peace be upon us and upon the righteous servants of Allah”

If someone enters a house in which no one is present, does he say: “Peace be upon us and upon the righteous servants of Allah,” and is there valid evidence for this?
I do not know of this,Allah the Exalted says:
and greet the people of the houseوَتُسَلِّمُوا عَلَى أَهْلِهَا
[Surat al-Nur: 27] As for when there is no one in it, I do not know of anything regarding that.
