The ruling on one who recites the seeking of refuge immediately after the takbir of ihram

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Your Eminence! What is the ruling on one who says the takbir and then, after the takbir of ihram, says: “I seek refuge in Allah from the accursed Shaytan,” in order to avoid the whispers of Shaytan?
The sunnah (recommended practice) after the takbir of ihram is to recite the opening supplication,So he says: (Glorified are You, O Allah, and praised, and blessed is Your name, and exalted is Your majesty, and there is no god but You),Or he says: (O Allah, distance me from my sins as You have distanced the East from the West, O Allah, purify me from my sins as a white garment is purified from dirt, O Allah, wash away my sins with water, snow, and hail),Then he says: I seek refuge in Allah from the accursed Shaytan.
This is the sunnah (recommended practice).

And as for one who begins with the seeking of refuge, it is said to him: You have deviated from the sunnah (recommended practice). Between you and the seeking of refuge is only that you recite the opening supplication. Recite the opening supplication, then seek refuge.
