Among the rulings of the full ritual bath

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
And among what is related to the marriage contract: That if intercourse occurs between the spouses, the full ritual bath becomes obligatory for both of them, whether or not there is emission. This is something that is hidden from many people. Many people think that the full ritual bath is not obligatory unless there is emission, and that if a man has intercourse with his wife and does not emit, then the full ritual bath is not required of them. This is an error.
This was the case in the early period of Islam, but it was later abrogated, and it became obligatory for a person who has intercourse with a woman to perform the full ritual bath, and she must do so as well. The evidence for that is: The hadith of Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: “When a man sits between her four parts and then exerts himself, the full ritual bath becomes obligatory, even if he does not emit” This is an explicit text regarding the obligation of the full ritual bath from intercourse without emission.
The full ritual bath is also obligatory in another case, which is when there is emission, whether or not there is intercourse. So if he kisses his wife and emits, the full ritual bath becomes obligatory for him. The woman is likewise; it becomes obligatory for her if she emits, and if not, it is not.So the full ritual bath became obligatory by one of two things, which are: Intercourse or emission. If both intercourse and emission occur, the full ritual bath becomes obligatory. But is one full ritual bath required, or two?
One; because the act is one. Indeed, if a man has intercourse and does not perform the full ritual bath, then has intercourse again and does not perform the full ritual bath, then has intercourse a third time and does not perform the full ritual bath, how many full ritual baths are required of him?Answer: One; because even if the events are multiple, one state of ritual purity suffices for them. For this reason, if a person urinates, defecates, passes wind, eats camel meat, and sleeps deeply—five things—then only one ablution is required of him.
