Ruling on Delaying the Washing of the Feet in the Ghusl for Janabah

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
In the hadith of Aisha regarding the ghusl for janabah, at the end of the hadith:
Then he washes his feet after he has performed wudu'ثم يغسل رجليه بعد أن يتوضأ
Does he delay the washing of the feet?

Answer:
This is better: a complete wudu' first, then he performs the ghusl, then he washes his feet for the sake of perfection, after they have been affected by the dirt of the body and the like. And if he performs wudu' and leaves the feet until he completes the ghusl, then washes them; all of this is established in the hadith of Maimunah and the hadith of Aisha, and all of it is good.
But the most perfect is: he performs a complete wudu' and then washes them with another washing; this is the best.
Q: Some scholars say that it is anomalous (shadhdh); because there is no meaning to washing the feet?
The Shaykh: No, it is not anomalous; it is established in the two Sahihs.
