The ruling on one who delays a prayer for an excuse until the time of the next prayer has entered

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
A man did not pray 'Asr for an excuse until the time for Maghrib entered. Does he pray it with Maghrib, or does he delay it until the next 'Asr prayer?
If a person misses a prayer due to an excuse, it is obligatory for him to pray it when the excuse is removed.By the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): (Whoever sleeps through a prayer or forgets it, let him pray it when he remembers it) So we say: If he delays the 'Asr prayer until its time has passed due to an excuse, let him pray it when the excuse is removed. If the excuse is removed after the sun has set, does he start with Maghrib and then 'Asr, or with 'Asr and then Maghrib? We say: He starts with 'Asr and then Maghrib, in order to maintain the order, unless the time for the current prayer becomes narrow, in which case he prioritizes the current prayer.
