Q 3: What is the ruling on a man who leads the prayer while saying the takbirs of transition after completing the movement, for example, bowing for ruku' first and then saying: Allahu Akbar, and so on?
A 3 : The takbirs of transition are to be said during the transition from one pillar to another, so they are not said before the transition nor delayed until the end of the transition;
because that is not their place. It is stated in (Sharh al-Zad): “The place for saying them for the transition is between the beginning and the end.” This is the end of the quote from the Hashiyah of Ibn Qasim (1/128). Therefore, the aforementioned imam must be pointed out to this so that he avoids neglecting it, and the imam who does this must be pointed out to it so that he avoids it. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
