The Position of the Takbir of Transition Between the Pillars

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Regarding the takbir of transition between the pillars of the prayer, does it occur during the transition, before it, or after it?
It occurs during it.And some scholars are strict and say: If one begins it before moving, that is, before starting the transition, it is not valid. If one completes it after arriving, it is not valid. It must be between the two. However, we see that this is a strictness, and that it is not possible to act upon it. Rather, the best is not to say it until one moves, and to finish it when one arrives. From the moment one arrives, one has finished it. And if one begins it before and completes it during the movement, there is no harm. Or if one begins it during the movement and completes it after arriving, there is no harm. But if one does not say the takbir until one arrives, it does not suffice. To say the takbir before moving,Therefore, if he forgets to say: "Allahu Akbar!" until he prostrates, he does not say the takbir, so he prostrates for forgetfulness because he left the takbir.
